May 1, 2008 Admission Triage RN DEFINITION The Admission Triage RN works under the general direction of the Referral/Admission Coordinator (RAC), Medical Director, and physician. The Admission Triage RN is responsible for processing incoming referrals from physicians, facilities, and patients and families consistent with the mission, vision, and goals of HWC, quality outcomes and regulatory standards.

February 20, 2008 Per Diem RN Qualifications: RN licensure in the State of Maryland Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing preferred Minimum 2 years  RN experience Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable car required
