Hospice of Washington County, Inc. (HWC) understands the significance of providing the right care, in the right place, at the right time at the end of the life cycle.

Our focus is to provide 'comfort always' for the individuals receiving hospice care as well as supporting their family/friends.

We acknowledge the journey that each individual life is different; therefore our plan for care is based upon the specific needs and wishes.
