Child & Teen Paint Workshop: Coping Through Grief
For Children and Teens

This supportive paint workshop offers children and teens a safe, creative space to express emotions, honor memories, and connect with others who understand the grief journey. Through guided painting and gentle encouragement, participants will explore healthy ways to cope, build resilience, and discover that healing can happen one brushstroke at a time. No artistic experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to create.
