Hospice of Washington County complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate, exclude, or treat differently people based on race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency and primary language), sex (consistent with the scope of sex discrimination described at § 92.101(a)(2)), age, or disability.

Hospice:
1) Provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as:
  a) Qualified sign language interpreters
  b) Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
2) Provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
  a) Qualified interpreters
  b) Information written in other languages

If you believe that Hospice has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency and primary language), sex (consistent with the scope of sex discrimination described at § 92.101(a)(2)), age, or disability, you can file a grievance with:
