Soaring Doves Family Bereavement Tool Kit

This resource is a "tool kit" which is a bag full of multiple resources, comfort items, workbooks, and materials that have been designed to match a student's developmental level. Tool kits are available for the following age groups: Pre-K, Children, and Teen students. Each tool kit provides educational and helpful materials to help a student and family navigate grief and loss.

This initiative is funded by a grant awarded from the Maryland Community Health Resources Commission (CHRC). These tool kits are offered at NO COST to student and families. Any student who has experienced the loss of a loved one is welcome to receive this tool kit.

Hospice of Washington County offers child, teen, and adult support groups and individual services.
