Hospice of Washington County, Inc. invite you and your family to join us for a Service of Remembrance honoring the memory of Hospice family members who passed away between April - September 2026.

• Cost: Free of charge

• Location: Hub City Vineyard Church
  17805 Oak Ridge Dr, Hagerstown, MD 21740

• Registration: Required (Register HERE by Friday, November 20)

• Children are welcome and invited to attend. A special children and teen activity will be offered during this service.

• We need written permission to read your loved one’s name to comply with current HIPPA regulations.

• If you cannot attend, but wish to have your loved one’s name read, please register by Friday November 20 HERE.
