Summer Teen Workshops
For Teens

This supportive group provides a safe, welcoming space for teens to connect with others who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Through guided conversations, creative expression, journaling, art, and mindfulness activities, participants will have the opportunity to explore their feelings, share experiences if they choose, and learn healthy coping strategies. There is no pressure to speak or share—everyone is encouraged to participate in the way that feels most comfortable. Together, we foster connection, resilience, and hope in a respectful, compassionate environment.

  • July 17 and August 14

  • 11:00 AM-12:00 PM
