Taking the first steps into grief support after the loss of a loved one can be very difficult. Stepping Stones is intended to serve as an introductory to grief support services for adults who have experienced recent loss. The purpose of this program is to provide education and resources related to the grieving process & connect with others who have experienced a recent loss. We invite you to take the first step into grief support with Stepping Stones to learn, connect, & share with those who are newly bereaved. Stepping Stones will be guided by a Hospice of Washington County Bereavement Counselor. Adults are invited to attend one session of Stepping Stones, then transition into on-going grief group programming. This group meets routinely on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm.
